how to renew membership

I’m having trouble renewing my husbands aomci membership. The log-in is not responding to my password or my request for a new password. My email is jne.diebold@att.net
Could someone please help? I’ve been giving him this membership for Christmas for several years. Last year I paid with Paypal. How do I do it this year? Could someone send me the “how to” via my email, thank you, Jayne

Make sure when going for password reset you use the email that is on membership account.
