Looks like a fun wintertime diversion. The paint job on that motor says it’s a 1957 model.

I recall seeing a similar video from a Scandinavian country on YouTube. Looks like a great way to get out of the house. Can the chainsaw chains ever be used again?
There is an ice carousel right now in Minnesota on Lake Minnetonka that someone made near a skating rink as a diversion for parents to bring a chair and sit on while their kids skate nearby. Local TV news today showed it’s powered by a 24 pound thrust electric trolling motor. The carousel looks to be about 40 feet in diameter.
