ignition coils from China $98….to $35 Cdn a pair

Any  reason for this big swing other  than price gouging ???  anybody tried the pricy one …are they better    (NOT OEM)

A seller on ebay still lists them for $17.95.

did not see that one ……but EBAY  U$  stuff usually comes with   exhorbitant shipping fees 3-4-5 times the part cost whereas Amazon is free ( with Prime)

I am ok  with the pricing aspects just wondering if the  non OEM &  more costly ones are  really better  ??

Received the green coils today  from AMAZON   …. both had the HV screw pin off-center 🙁  which would have made screwing in the 7mm plug  wire risky by causing the pin to bend and break the fine air size secondaty wire attached to it.

 

Primaries tested 2 ohms   but secondaries test 11 and 12 Kohms  way higher  than what I am  confident with.  Secondary wire in these coils must be   air size or smaller !!!

Returning both  to seller. …. to bad  🙁
