Hello to all;
Anyone know what year this Mercury 800 is?
Is it a, "dockbuster"?

I can’t believe I’m being tempted by the dark side.

What are the challenges with this motor, and what sort of compression numbers would I look for?

60-61 yes dockbuster compression 120 was normal when new. very sought after. starter is a challange.
