Hi Guys, I found a Johnson outboard model A1-425 Serial No. 50547 and wondered if anyone could tell me about it i.e. year & specs. I’m thinking of restoring it but would like to know if it’s worth going to that much work ? Thanks

That serial number would put it in 1927, but the model number is incorrect. In ’27 Johnson had the A-35. K-35, P-35 and B-35.
