What years did Johnson make the foldable 3hp seedless motor/ approx current value in decent shape

I sold a refurbished one with case for $500 a few years ago. I completely went through it – including paint and decals so it was like new. I paid $75 for it. It was in pretty good shape when I purchased it.

They also made the folding 4 the first year the 4 was made to replace the 3hp.They are pretty rare my brother has one in mint shape.
