Johnson A-45 Pull Cord

My A-45 didn’t come with a pull cord. I want to reproduce one. Can you give me the length and thickness of the cord, as well as the dimensions on the handle?

Start with a 7/8"x3" piece of dowel rod.Slight concave taper to a hair under 3/4"at ends.I/4" hole through center, countersunk on one side only to hold knot.(hole dia 1/2")The best I can ffind for rope is approx.1/4" diam.from lawn mower shop etc.It’s not as good as original,but easy to find.(Hopefully your motor will always start on first pull and rope will last forever.)I make mine starting with a peice of rope 34"long.My original pull handle is red.
