What are the specs for setting spark plug and point gaps on a Johnson AB-25? I got the fuel line on now. I work in construction and when I was at the warehouse I found the 3/16″ copper line on an old condenser that was brought back for recycling. I am going to cover the entire fuel line with solder before I solder it into the piece that attaches to carb. I want to check points and plugs before I test the engine so I can tighten up fly wheel and everything else. I also got to make a gasket for the large nut on the bottom of carb. This motor was found half buried in dirt when I went to a fishing lure call. It’s come a long way. Still want to use it as my main motor on my 1960 14′ aluminum semi v jphn boat.

Spark plug .030 points .020.As far as points go,most important thing is that they just begin to open when mark on bottom of fly wheel aligns with mark on mag plate.
