Johnson AB-25 Lower Unit

Anyone have a schematic for the lower unit? I have a 1926 AB-25. I need to take the lower unit apart and clean it real good and put it back together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I took the prop off and the plate covering the gears. The prop shaft came out when I pulled on the plate and a key came out with it. Does anyone have a schmatic of the gears in the lower unit so I can get them back properly. I am wanting to put this motor on my aluminum boat to take my grandson fishing this spring. I have compression and spark. I have a pdf file of a 1922-1964 Johnson service manuel with the info that was provided by Tubs above. Just looking for a picture of the gears in the lower foot. Thanks,

The water pump rides on the lobe on the front of the front gear, I remeove the pump before putting the gears back in. I left you a message on your phone, Syd
