      Have this little Johnson pulled apart and noticed no flywheel magnets on it. My question is it because there is a magnatron? Also on the inside of the flywheel ther are some small concaved holes. Are they put in to help balance the flywheel. Thanks for your help. Russ…

        The magnets isn’t in the flywheel, but rather in the rotating disc that sits
        in the middle of the mag plate, between the flywheel and mag plate.
        The holes in the flywheel are just for balancing the flywheel at the factory.
