      Latest purchase is Johnson HD 25. Looking for impeller, seals for lower unit, and leads on where to start?

        This is the prop shaft seal I bought for my HD-25.

        The seal for the drive shaft is not available, and whatever is down that
        hole doesn’t look like a normal seal, so I left it alone.

        Regarding the impeller, not sure, buy try

          US MEMBER PAY BY CHECK

          The impeller is behind the prop under the cover that can be removed. It is a wobbler type impeller. Ken Hall has originals in stock.
