I had the same problem a few years ago, when starting with HD25s. Finally went online, and found a blind hole bearing puller, 1/4″, which has worked every time. I use it with slide hammer. Go to where you look for stuff, online, and put in blind hold bearing puller, and good luck. And, when you get both metal washers and the old leathers out, you will want to go to Lloyd Lautner for new leathers, and instructions that come with them. Good Luck.
