      I am trying to get a K45 running what is the starting setup on the carburetor and where do you set the mag lever.

        set the lever just past center. Close gently the high speed needle and open to about 3/4 open and if you have spark, you should be able to find a starting point. Mine starts at 1/2 to 3/4.
