Johnson K50 carb?

      I need to find a float pin for the carb on my Johnson K50. I tried a pin from a K-40 but it’s a different carb and the base of the pin is too narrow and slips through. I think the carb is a Tillotson but it has no model number on it. If it did, I might be able to use that number to cast a wider net in my search.

      Is anyone aware of other motors that have this same carb?

        Okay, so it’s likely that I’ll get better answers if I’m more accurate with my questions. Just discovered that the K50 carb is a Johnson carb, not Tillotson. Then realized I had tried a carb off a KA10 rather than the K40.

        It remains true that I’m looking for a pin for the K50……I think.

          K-50, K-65, K-70 should all have the same type carb and pin should fit. The 65 and 70 have the synchronized arm to the mag plate but other than that they are the same.
