      How do you check the coil on this motor ? I don’t have a spark but I get a .07 reading across the secondary wires , no reading secondary to ground.
      The coil hook up is strange to me because of two tabs that go on either side of the fly wheel center. HELP!

        Yep its a bit different :-).
        7k ohms across the secondaries sounds good. Others will explain this better than I but its basically the coil from an opposed twin set up to fire alternate cylinders. The tabs ground alternate sides through the underside of the flywheel. Clean the points and make sure the contact areas under the flywheel are clean.
