Likely a local advertising shop made it for a dealer that carried both lines.
That wouldn’t happen with Harley today. Harley told The local dealer that they couldn’t carry other lines, just Harley. They bought the building beside them and had to put all their other lines in there. When Harley saw the new space, the asked them if they would consider putting the Harley’s in the new, freshly renovated showroom. The owner showed the Harley rep the bill for the work and said sure, but this is what it will cost you. Needless to say, the Harley’s are still in the old building.
