I did years ago as a fat PDF file but I tried today the print to PDF on my PC and the site fails to reply on the print request ….

Yes; there is. It’s a bit convoluted but it can be done. Choose the "Print" icon at the bottom of the screen and a dialogue box will open up allowing you to choose the pages you want to print; or…in this case…SAVE AS A PDF.

Choose "Save to PDF" on the left side of your screen. Only thing is…..most of the time it will only allow you to save some limited number of pages at a time…..maybe say; 25. So you have to create several PDFs until you have all the pages you want.

Then…you can go online to a free web site that allows you to "Combine PDFs"…..

A lot of work but not too bad if that’s your only source.
