I am repairing a Johnson TN28.  I am working on the carburetor primer.  One metal washer and 2 leather seals came out but I can’t tell if there is another metal washer in the bore.  If  it’s still in there I can’t seem to get it out.  I either lost it, it wasn’t there, or it’s just stubborn.   Any help is appreciated.

There are 2 brass washers and 2 leather washers. The brass washer on the bottom can be stubborn.  Not absolutely necessary to remove it but good idea to do so to clean it.  My installation instructions that come with new leather primer seals covers all that.

How do I purchase primer seals?
