      Are the cables from a Johnson Ship Master control box compatible with an Evinrude Simplex control box? I have a ’56 Evinrude Big Twin 30 hp and would like to take the cables from the Johnson box and use them in the Evinrude box. Thanks, Jim

        The only differecne is the color on the control box.
