KD 4 tank reseal

Pressure tested this tank and found leaks at the mating surface. I saw a post on here a while back from someone who had to do the same thing. Danged if I can find it.
Do I need to make gaskets and what kind of sealer to use?

About a 3 on 1 to 10 scale of difficulty the first time, after that
it gets easier. The only pita is to break a stud off flush, but,
even that is a solvable problem.

Seems to me Buccaneer did an Eclipse…might be the same type of job.
