KE-4 Carburator HELP

I have a KE-4 with a Tillotson AJ23A carb and I took it apart a year ago and lost my pictures. I have a couple questions.

1. Which way does the throttle butterfly plate go? Open part up, down, which side, does it matter?

2. Is it supposed to go in the slot of the throttle shaft?

3. Do I have the top linkage right?

4. How does the spring go on?

I have a KE4 and not being a mercury guy I had the same problem A while back, I about beat my brain to death figuring it out 😉
