I am sure that this topic has been addressed in the past, but the info could be refreshed again. There is two copper water tubes running within the exhaust housing. One transports water from the water pump up to the engine, the other forks off of this water tube in the upper part of the exhaust housing and goes back down to the gear case housing, seemingly to a dead end. What purpose does this serve, if any?

      Thanks,
      Quinton
