      The serial number is 378200. The first obstacle it appears is coming up with a set of drive gears and am not very optimistic. Any info or advice on this matter as will as others is particularly welcome. The looming problem that will always be hanging around of course is the seized motor. Until that is addressed my decisions on other matters are sort of in limbo. Q

          Quinton,
          When you say drive gears, you mean gear case gears, right? The magneto is also driven by anseries of fears. (see previous pics)

            Yes I did mean pinion gear and propeller shaft gear………….I knew the distributor is gear driven but those gears did not cross my mind.

              Good video, Great outboards………makes me a little more determined to make this one run….. if a few of the issues can be overcome.
