Lightfour HP difference

      I have a 37 Elto Handifour which is the same as the 37 Lightfour 9.2 hp. The later Lightfours are rated at 9.7 hp. What is the difference for the extra 1/2 hp?
      The bore on the 37 is 1.75 in.

        Post war Lightfour has a radically different carburetor. Resembles that of the zephyr. That might account for the extra HP.
