Lower Unit Seal

I was wondering if there were complete kits to do a lower unit reseal without but individual parts?

Also, advice on a how to?

Johnson QDL-24 is what im tinkering with. Never done a lower unit.

The Sierra/NAPA part number for the lower seal kit for your 1963 10 HP is 18-2682. It can be bought online at NAPA auto parts or a number of other places online, like iboats – link below:

Before buying a kit, examine your propshaft and driveshaft where the seals touch them for wear. A badly worn shaft makes the seals a waste of money.
