Mark 25 prop washer

I’m looking for the part number for the smaller washer that goes before the tab washer (before the prop). The parts diagram doesn’t show it and it doesn’t seem to be in the parts list. Was this an afterthought?

that washer is to make room to get a screwdriver under the tab to bend it.
