Mark 6 idle mixture

Helping friend with mark 6. Around the hole of the idle mixture screw it says – idle rich and theres an arrow pointing clockwise. Does that mean when i turn screw clockwise , the mixture get richer?

Yes I believe that is an air bleed. Turning CW means less air.
