I recently purchased a Martin 200 and have gone over it to check the ignition ,compression and lower unit , after putting it in the test tank it started to heat up so I pulled the lower unit again and put the lower unit in water and rotated the drive shaft with a drill and had hardly no flow or pressure out of the pump
The impeller looks new but has very little curve to the vanes
I pulled apart the lower unit on a Martin 100 and checked the impeller with the one in the 200 and they are the same size
I am thinking that someone may have put a impeller from a 100 in this 200
Has anyone out there seen this ?
