      US MEMBER PAY BY CHECK

      I have a nice Martin 40 serial #40325 I purchased some years ago and it came with the original Martin manual. On the manual front cover there is a “Notice of certification Model 40” in red letters. It states “Since this Owners Manual has gone to press, MARTIN MOTORS has recertified the horsepower rating of model “40” from 3.8 to 4 1/2 brake horepower. What was done to these motors to give it that extra power?

        A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
