      I have an RDS-21 (35hp Super Seahorse) and live in Sacramento. I have done much of the work in bringing this motor back to life , but looking for some tweaks. Anyone near Sacramento that can be recommended?

          Good luck finding a shop that will work on a 58 year old motor. Besides, you will quickly spend three times (or more) the value of the motor to have a mechanic work on it. This particular motor is a dime a dozen, despite the fact that they are great motors. What is left, that you need help with?

            It is not a $$ thing as much as a desire to keep something close to original. just some carb adjustments and someone checking my work.

            crosbyman, first thing I did was get a manual. : )
