Need to replace the impeller in my 1965 Merc 200 20hp. 47-26554 is nla thru Mercury and Marineengine doesn’t give a Sierra replacement. Anyone have any suggestions?

I bought one off of Ebay but it may be as old as the motor itself.

For the record, your impeller is the same one as was used in the automatics. It has the same physical dimensions as 47-20813, used in Mark 20, 25, etc. 20813 is a little easier to find and didn’t go NLA until after the 26554. I think there is also a Sierra equivalent. You might be able to find one of them that is a little more “fresh.” If you used one of them, you’d just have to file a square key way into what comes as a rounded key way.

              Long live American manufacturing!
