Mercury KE4 Throttle Lever Assembly

Looking for a Throttle Lever Assembly (the part that mounts to the butterfly valve) for a Mercury KE4. I think it’s part number 20588A1. I took mine off 40 years ago when I had the motor on my hydroplane and have misplaced it. If they are no longer available, does anyone have a drawing or dimension so I can fabricate one.
