Mercury Mark 6A on Craigslist

I came across this ad recently, and I think I’d like to buy this pretty cool Mercury (not at asking price of course), but the lower unit is in pieces. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it’s all there so I’m not screwed trying to hunt down a bunch of parts. Never worked on a Merc before so I’m not exactly sure what I’m looking at.
