Motor adjustment

The motor swings very easily on the mount. How do I tighten it up? It is a Buccaneer 12.

I’m guessing that has the same adjustment location as Evinrude/Johnson. If I’m wrong someone will jump in. Note says keep it loose if you have remote steering but doubt if you have that.
