      Do you have lock washers on the tank screws? If not try that first.

        Okay, I can not seem to get the tank level. Just when I think it is level it locks or rubs the flywheel. The flywheel already in one spot rubs the magneto plate, not constantly just for a sec or two while rotating the flywheel by hand. I think the plate may be warped.
        Any suggestions?

          A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
