      I realize that this is a motor site, but I have to start somewhere and I trust fellow members. Got a very sound Peterborough, could be Zephyr, yesterday and would like to consult some one who might know something about them. Serial number is 4932. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

        The info I have shows the Zephyr model # was 1836. I have a Lakeside model # 1836.
        Both part of the “Streamliner” linup.

          I picked up a Peterborough at an online auction a while back, mine is a 1959. Don’t remember how i found out. Just did some Googeling. I kinda gave up on mine. Some previous owner fiberglassed parts of the bottom. Not sure how too proceed so I’ve put it on hold til i get a set of “round tuits”. Jim

            The ‘Zephyr’ is on a vinyl decal, which may not be accurate. Number, serial or model, is stamped into the transom knee. Boat has been refinished, polyurethane?, no fiberglass or painted areas, only one small crack in one rib. Will flip it today to clean rest of hull and check for true. 14′ cedar strip with front deck.
