there was an add in classifieds back in Jan or Feb22. He is a retired mechanic for 2 cycle outboards and was selling his personal collection of 5 0r 7 beautifully restored engines.
He posted 3 photos of them in the classified add.I talked to him about one of them, an Evinrude 7.5 from ’57. he is located in NE corner of Iowa. I can’t find his number or email
does anybody recall the name, phone or email of this gentleman? We talked and decided to wait until it got warmer for him to start the engine and check it over one more time before I made the drive over to him. his home town name started with the letter H if I recall correctly but I may be wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don’t see the ad in classifieds now
