      What carb is this ? How do you run it ? What knobs do you turn ? What is High Speed / Low Speed setting ? model AT 10

          Teton, that is the High speed carb, you will see a fuel line going to a venturi under the gas tank the needle on that venturi is your low speed circuit you should be able to adjust that for best idle. That is also part of the primer circuit you may see gas coming out of that venturi when you push the prime button.
