Need info for a 1964 Duracraft

I just purchased a 1964 Duracraft 15ft runabout. I’d like to know what size motor I can put on it. The tag on the transom only has a serial # and no other info. The boat currently has a 1992 28HP Evenrude. I would like to install a more period correct motor. Thanks for the help

Go to the site below and scroll down. Click on the model list for your year to make it bigger. You can ID your boat by matching up dimensions and then rated HP is on the list too.

The site is mainly for fiberglass, but they have a library of aluminum boat info too.
