A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

They were the biggest hp motor that Muncie Neptune made. Not as common as the smaller 4 to 6 hp motors.
Price is based on condition. If you could post a picture or 2 it would help.

They aren’t worth very much. A few hundred should get you into a nice runner.
