      Just picked up a Neptune WC1 serial number D1873 RG. Looking for the year and fuel mix, I’m guessing 16:1? Cleaned the points and it popped off on some 16:1 down the carburetor.

        1/2 pint to a gallon ….Whatever that works out to in fractions.Check out Doug Penn’s site for some manuals.

          WC-1 would be a ’61 to ’69 1.7 horse Mighty Mite.
