Newbie question

Hello everyone, and Happy Holidays!

 

I am sort of new to this site and I have real ‘newbie’ question.

 

I see that there are over 12,000 pages in the “Ask  A Member” forum.  I am trying to figure out how to search this forum for info.  I see the search box at the top of the page, but it seems to search the entire site.

Could someone point me in the right direction of a search function for the Ask A Member forum?

if you seach by first accesses  the members only section tab        the search box shows up on the top  right side of the page and a seach will pop up another  secondary seach sqaure    on the right side of the screen … that one works  🙂

I have found that upper right search box to be non-functioning.

In addition to what crosbyman said, you can click on the white SEARCH rectangle in the upper far right, then scroll down about 1/3 of the way, then under the box that says “SEARCH FORUMS” enter your word and hit “GO!”

Even if you do a Google search with the search word preceded by “aomci” you’ll get some good results. Ex: aomci coils

They want the Search Function to be a Members benefit so the search field for the forums appears in the Members Only area;  as has been mentioned.

MEMBERS ONLY/ACTIVE MEMBER FORUM

The search field on the top of the main page does NOT search the forums;  only other areas of the site.  Although as Steve-D has pointed out;  you can scroll down to additional SEARCH fields.  I never noticed that before!
