Hello All, I have taken possession of an old Champion twin cylinder outboard, I would like to sell it , but I have never had a boat, nor a motor. I have seen a 1938 D2D 4.4 HP and it appears to be the same motor. Does anyone know how to find out for sure?

The pre-WW2 Champions were made by Scott-Atwater and many parts interchange. After the war, Champion designed and built their own motors.
