      going to put a new FUEL PUMP DIAPHRAM in my
      motor looking at diaphragm it does appear to be lacking
      a hole (see) photo
      I am correct in thinking ?
      ( Red arrow ) on pump cover

      (Orange square ) does it need a hole there ?
      to allow fuel to pass into carburetor
