A lot of you probably already know this, but I just got a factory carb kit for a 1958 18 HP Johnson and the replacement carb float, which is a nice plastic one instead of cork, is identical to the plastic floats in my 1989-91 15 Johnsons that have the carb with the plastic top and bottom. I’m thinking that same float may fit a bunch of other carbs too. The needle and brass seat are also identical. Nice to see parts interchange between models!
