I have a couple OMC dual line gas tank connectors that don’t seal well and drip gas when connected to motors. Are the fat O-rings that are just inside the connector still available? Is it the same O-ring that the newer single-line connectors use?
      Thx,
      Dave

Thanks guys! I’ll get some 301824s so I can make more tanks usable. I found where it cross refs to a Sierra 18-7111 – anyone have experience with those?

Stick with the OMC / BRP O-Rings for the fittings. The Sierra ones aren’t quite the same. The OMC ones will.work properly and for a.longer time than the Sierra ones from what I have seen.

Best bet is to buy 100 from McMaster-Carr. My package says 70 Buna / size 107.

Thanks Beerman. I found size 107 at McMaster’s website in what they call a Buna-N oil-resistant material I see it comes in 70 and 100 durometer – that must be the 70 on your package. The Mcmaster number I found is 9452K169. at $1.97 for pkg of 100. (I can use about 20 of these right now!).

Then I got to thinking maybe I can cross ref this to Grainger supply where I can pick up some locally (Minneapolis area). I found Grainger carries two brands of the size 107, 70 durometer Buna-N O-rings and still cheap.
If anyone else is interested, Grainger #1KZ4 at $3.78 for pkg of 100 or #41UK05 at $2.21 for a pkg of 50.

As long as they work properly, that’s a great deal. I’m interested in hearing how these do long term. Also how they compare dimensionally to the OMC ones.
