OMC special tools? see pic

Are these outboard special tools? Came with a 1934 Lightwin Imperial I picked up Saturday. If they are what are they for. Wrench may be 11/32 and 7/32. Ignition wrench?
Brass driver? narrow end may be 5/16.

The breaker point wrench/feeler gage was part of the Evinrude/Elto tool kit. See part number 660. Not sure about the Spark plug socket . . . 🙂
