      My winter project is replacing bad Eisemann coils with modern substitutions.I have read the relevant posts and seen videos.I understand the process but,aside from fit,what determines which coils and condensers are used as replacements?

        From what I have seen, after fit, it’s the cost of the coils.         . . 😀

          My experience is as Garry has described.

          A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
