A friend of mine who works in the beverage industry dropped this off for me today. Has anyone heard of or tried this beer. It’s brewed in Milwaukee.

Outboard Beer was a recent topic of discussion on the members’ only "Dockside Chat" board here. According to Milwaukee Brewing Company’s website, It’s only distributed in Southern Wisconsin and Illinois. It comes in cans and bottles. Speaking as a collector of Beersigns and related things (yeah another hobby besides outboards), that tap handle is a nice gift from your friend! It sells for $60.00 at the company website:

I called Milwaukee Brewery and left a polite message on their marketing voicemail about getting a poster of the Outboard beer. They didn’t call me back.
The Alaskan Kicker beer is not currently availiable. That brewery seems to run a special label for a while and then discontinue it and move on to a new label.
