          Search eBay for Johnson Outboard HD -25. There is page after page of parts, up to, and including, parts motors.    

          A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

              I have a couple similar motors, but not worth shipping them. What part of the country are you in? I’m in Minnesota.
